We have vast experience in litigating claims of discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, pregnancy, national origin, and religion. We also handle DFEH and EEOC complaints.
Wage and Hour Laws

We consult with our clients on such issues as overtime pay, meal breaks and rest periods, compensatory time off, employee leave, and other issues, as well as representing clients before the labor commissioner and courts.
Business Litigation
We represent clients in breach of contract cases, collection matters, unfair competition/trade secrets matters, insurance related matters, and construction cases.
Employment Contracts

We draft, modify and negotiate employment contracts, agreements to arbitrate, and trade secret agreements for both new employees and continuing employees. We also draft, modify and negotiate severance agreements. In addition, we consult with clients on the drafting and modification of employee handbooks and other company policies.
Human Resources Consulting

We can provide information and answer questions on such topics as employee discipline and termination, wage and hour laws, harassment and discrimination complaints, policies and procedures, disability, unemployment, and other issues focusing on prevention of employer/employee disputes. We provide training to employers and their employees on sexual harassment prevention and related issues. We also represent clients regarding unemployment insurance claims before the Employment Development Department (EDD). Furthermore, we advise clients regarding employee/independent contractor distinctions and prepare independent contractor agreements.
Class Actions

We litigate class action lawsuits regarding various issues, including wage and hour claims, overtime pay, meal breaks and rest periods, discrimination, and other employment law claims.
